How to Install a Plugin

Steps

  1. Download the plugin .zip file from your account / order.
  2. Go to WordPress Dashboard → PluginsAdd New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin → choose the .zip → Install Now.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. Open the plugin settings (if available) and configure.

How to Install a Theme

Steps

  1. Download the theme .zip file from your account / order.
  2. Go to WordPress Dashboard → AppearanceThemes.
  3. Click Add NewUpload Theme.
  4. Select the .zip → Install NowActivate.
  5. Customize via Appearance → Customize (or Elementor if supported).

System Requirements

  • WordPress: Latest versions recommended
  • PHP: 7.4+ recommended
  • Memory limit: 128MB+ recommended (256MB for heavy sites)
  • Works with most modern themes/plugins

Updates & Download Access

You can download the latest files from your account / order page. If an update requires a new version,
replace the old plugin/theme zip by uploading the new one.

Tip: Before major updates, take a backup and test on a staging site if possible.

Troubleshooting

Upload failed / “The link you followed has expired”

Increase max upload size on hosting, or upload via FTP/File Manager, then install from server.

White screen / critical error after activation

Disable the plugin via FTP, switch to a default theme, then contact support with the error log.

Layout broken after update

Clear cache (plugin + server + browser). If using Elementor, regenerate CSS & data.
