My upload failed / “The link you followed has expired”—what should I do?

Increase your hosting upload limit (max upload size, post max size, memory limit) or upload via FTP/File Manager.

I got a critical error after activating a plugin/theme—what now?

Disable the plugin via FTP or switch to a default theme, then contact support with the error details and a screenshot.

Do your products receive updates?

Yes. We release updates for improvements, bug fixes, and compatibility with newer WordPress versions.

Can I use your plugin/theme on multiple websites?

Do you offer refunds?
