Support is available during your active license period. All Bongoto licenses are valid for 1 year for a single domain.
If your license expires, support and updates may be unavailable until you renew (as applicable).

You may keep using the installed version after license expiry, but you may not receive updates/support without renewal.

Bongoto aims to respond as quickly as possible. Response time may vary depending on ticket volume and complexity.
Complex issues may take longer if logs/testing are needed.

For security reasons, Bongoto does not ask for your website admin password via email or chat.
If temporary access is needed for troubleshooting, Bongoto may request a temporary admin account and you should remove it after the issue is resolved.

7. Abuse & Fair Use

Bongoto may refuse or limit support if requests are abusive, contain threats, or repeatedly ignore instructions.
We may also suspend support if the product is used in a way that violates the License Policy.

Do you support free products?

Yes, basic support is provided for installation and common issues. Advanced customization may not be included.

Do you provide customization?

Not by default. Custom development and advanced customization are not included unless explicitly offered in a paid service/plan.

What if my website has plugin conflicts?

Bongoto can suggest troubleshooting steps, but conflicts depend on your site environment and third-party products.

Can I get support after my license expires?

Support and updates are typically available only during the active 1-year license period. Renew to continue support.
